We have a grumpy, very tired, very deaf and very old cat. Nowadays he finds it too stressful to board in a kennel or vet so we had No Fluff look after him when we were away. Melissa was brilliant! Updates and videos were sent daily and she clearly has a lot of experience dealing with all sorts of animals at all stages of life. Our cat actually ended up being quite fond of her despite his age and grumpiness. Thanks Melissa.

Highly recommend! We have a boisterous English bulldog puppy that needs particular care and Melissa was fantastic. She took the time to understand his likes/dislikes, habits and also emergency contacts (vet and insurance etc). She took him for lots of walks and played with him, sending us lots of photos and videos keeping in constant communication. I trust her completely with my boy and he can’t wait to see her again!
