Melissa and her partner were outstanding, she sent lots of photos, dogs were happy and relaxed when we got home , we felt very comfortable knowing they were in our home and the dogs were being well looked after . Highly recommended

We could not recommend No Fluff enough! They have been an actual godsend since getting our pup. We reached out to No Fluff when Luna was only 10 weeks old (we’d only had her a few weeks) ever since they have taken extremely good care of our girl by stopping in on days that we are at work to take her toilet, feed, walk and play. Melissa really takes care like it’s her own pet. It’s so nice getting a photo/video through of Luna happy while we are off at work. Five star puppy sitter that’s for sure and Luna just loves her

Melissa was very reliable, punctual, and really engaged with our two little terriers. She understood their different needs, catered to them, and sent us some great updates each day.

It was great to have Melissa look after our cats and chickens while we were away. She was keeping us in the loop the whole time and even took the bins out and watered our garden. She was also a pleasure to deal with. We'll certainly have her back when we're traveling next.

My cat Tiger LOVED Melissa pretty much from our first meet and greet. I was surprised because he usually takes a while to warm to new people. No Fluff is lovely to deal with and posted photos and reports promptly. It was great knowing Tiger was being loved while we were away. She also came over earlier on a really hot day to let Tiger in the house for some cool respite. We are very appreciative and will book Melissa as our petsitter again and again.

Melissa was a dream petsitter for our cat Patrick! Very reliable and sent us plenty of photos and updates so we had total peace of mind throughout our trip. She cared for Patrick as if he was her own and consistently administered his medication. We couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter! - would highly recommend!!!

Melissa comes a couple of times a week to help me out with my little 10 year old miniature poodle whenever I have to be in the office all day. She has always been extremely accommodating with my last-minute requests. Always on time to take Bails out for an afternoon walk and sends lots of pics and videos of how much fun they are having. Mel is amazing, she not only takes Drogo for great long walks which includes play dates with other dogs and on hot days swim at Manly lagoon or the closest dog beach she also works on obedience training. Drogo's recall and sit & stay has improved dramatically. Mel is reliable, trustworthy, kind, caring and Drogo absolutely loves her. Highly recommend No Fluff Petcare Services!

I'd definitely recommend No Fluff's pet sitting services. Melissa has looked after my cat Trip (tripod) on several occasions. She's looked after trip and my apartment while I've been on holidays and has dropped in to feed and play with him when I've been away for short periods. The house is always left spotless, trip well taken care off and I receive regular updates and photos. It is clear that Melissa cares a great deal about animals so I've always felt 100% comfortable leaving Trip in her care. Her rates are also fair compared to other services I've used in the past.
