Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the services listed on the https://www.nofluff.com.au website operated by No Fluff Petcare Services (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

Your access to and use of our Services is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use our Services. By accessing or using our Services you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access our Services.

Dog Walking Services
No Fluff Petcare Services agree to complete all dog walking in a safe and professional manner and in compliance with all applicable laws.

1. The client will provide a fitted collar or harness that the dog cannot slip out of.
2. The client is responsible for No Fluff Petcare Services’ access to the dog on the scheduled day for dog walking, including providing keys in a safe place or key lock box and disclosing the location to the No Fluff Team where necessary for access. No Fluff Petcare Services does not keep client keys on file.
3. If a No Fluff Team member is unable to gain access to the dog at the scheduled time of service, the walk shall still be charged at the full rate.
4. The client agrees to disclose to No Fluff Petcare Services any known behavioural or aggression issues displayed by their dog with other animals, toys, food or humans. The client is solely responsible for any harm or injury caused by their dog while under No Fluff Petcare Services’ care. Any loss and damage sustained by No Fluff Petcare Services shall be claimable pursuant to relevant rules.
5. No Fluff Petcare Services reserves the right to refuse to walk any dog if they show aggressive behaviour at the time of pickup or signs of illness and/or are taking medication for transmittable virus or sickness.
6. No Fluff Petcare Services reserves the right to refuse to walk any dog if they show any inappropriate, abnormal behaviour at the time of pickup or during walking as well as behaviour that the dog walker has brought to the owner’s attention that the owner has not taken measures to address or the owner has ignored.
7. No Fluff Petcare Services will only consider walking dogs that have been fully vaccinated and are council registered.
8. The client will inform No Fluff Petcare Services if their dog requires medication, provide sufficient information, instructions and medicine while in the care of No Fluff Petcare Services.
9. The client agrees that their dog is updated with ongoing flea and tick prevention program, vaccinations and medications.
10. The client agrees to waive all claims and releases No Fluff Petcare Services of all liability for any injury, illness, death, damages and loss to their dog and/or their property while in the care of No Fluff Petcare Services.
11. No Fluff Petcare Services reserves the right to administer necessary aid and/or transport the dog to a vet should the client’s dog become ill. No Fluff Petcare Services will attempt to contact the client’s own vet, but reserves the right to transport the dog to another vet, if necessary.
12. The client is responsible for all related costs associated with any emergency visit to a vet.
13. No Fluff Petcare Services dog walking services are provided during all weather conditions. However, No Fluff Petcare Services have the right to customise the appointment to provide a suitable enriching alternative, during any weather conditions that both the dog and the dog walker’s safety and well-being can be or are at risk. This includes thunder, lightning and strong wind gales or if the temperature is 35 degrees Celsius or above.
14. Cancellation: The Client will notify No Fluff Petcare services of any changes or cancellation of the appointment at least 48 hours before the service is scheduled. Cancelling or rescheduling later than this will incur a late cancellation fee and the walk will be charged in full.
    
    

Overnight Services (House sitting)

1. All bookings and enquiries are not confirmed until you receive a written email or text confirmation This is to lock in the dates for your house sit and to avoid double bookings. Confirmation will not be provided until exact dates are established and agreed upon.
2. While our sitter stays at your home, you must provide all items necessary for your pet to be adequately cared for (food, medication, leads, collars, cat litter, etc). Should your pet require any additional supplies, the No Fluff house sitter will purchase the item and it will then be added to your bill. We will attempt to obtain your permission before the purchase, however if this is not possible, our house sitters will assess the situation on a ‘needs basis’ to best care for your pet.
3. Client agrees to notify the pet sitter at least 48 hours prior to the event, in the case of someone having to access the residence while our sitter stays at your home – ie. Gardeners, Cleaners etc.
4. Cancellation: If you need to cancel a booking, you must notify your pet sitter 7 days or 168 hours before the service was scheduled. If you cancel later than this you will incur a fee equalling 50% of the full service amount. Cancelling within 48hrs before service will be charged the full service amount. 
   
   

House Visits

1. We do everything in our control to keep your pet safe. However, it is solely your responsibility to explain and disclose any known behavioural/aggression problems that your pet has with other animals, food, toys or humans, no matter how minor. No Fluff Petcare Services reserves the right to decline future services if you fail to disclose this information.
2. Cancellation: The Client will notify No Fluff Petcare services of any changes or cancellation of the appointment at least 48 hours before the service is scheduled. Cancelling or rescheduling later than this will incur a late cancellation fee and the appointment will be charged in full.
   
   

Photography Release
No Fluff Petcare Services hold the right to take photographs of your pet and to copyright, use and publish the same in print and/or electronically. By accepting these terms, you give No Fluff Petcare Services. permission to use photos of your pet in any media for any purpose, which include advertising, promotion and marketing.

Our website may contain links to third party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by our company. No Fluff Petcare Services has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party web sites or services.

Modifications
No Fluff Petcare Services reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and that any such changes will be effective immediately when we have notified you of the modified Terms via the e-mail address on file.
